The UAE welcomes investors from any corner of the world, even for countries that are not eligible to open a business in the current global situation in some or many countries in Europe or globally.
Can I get a visa if I open my company in the UAE?
Yes, you and all shareholders in the company are eligible to obtain a visa by opening your own company in the UAE. If you become a resident, you can work in the UAE without any restrictions on your time and activities and it will allow you to obtain a resident visa for your family and employ staff to work for you.
Can I open a company bank account?
Yes, you can take advantage of the local banking infrastructure and open a corporate bank account with any international or local bank in Dubai and the UAE.
Do I have to pay taxes on my business in the UAE?
The UAE is a tax haven – it has no income tax, only 9% corporate tax (which may be exempt in some cases) and VAT is only 5% on products and services.
